For All Your Social Ballroom Dance Needs in South Central Virginia.

The Tri-Cities Chapter of USA Dance was formed in late 1997 and we celebrated our 15th anniversary in November 2012. We are dedicated volunteers who love ballroom dancing. A Tri-Cities dance is the event to attend in South Central Virginia to get some fun exercise, see some old friends,make some new ones and dance to great music. Our chapter holds its dances on the second Saturday every month 7:30-10:30pm at Shall We Dance studio,12137 South Chalkley Road, Chester, VA 23831. We start with a 45-minute dance lesson which is taught by a local instructor. Social dancing follows 8:15-10:30pm to a variety of music. From time to time we have theme dances, and once a year we have a special dance at The Lee Club, Fort Lee, Virginia, a reservation-only event.

The Exciting Rhythms of March dance was held March 9, 2013 at Ft Lee, Virginia in the beautiful Lee Club ballroom. A dynamic Paso Doble exhibition was presented by professionals Gabor Seres and Mariya Vysotskaya. They also performed an International Style Waltz. An Irish Waltz routine was performed by Gwendolyn Glenn's Performance Team. The audience got to see both American Style and International Style dancing at the same event. Excellent music was provided by Ed Pabalate. It was a delightful evening.
